These are the secrets of Zibibbo that ranks for over twenty years at the top of Florentine dining and now has also opened a new location in the center in via delle Seggiole. Zibibbo 2.0 also has a very pleasant atmospere, very warm and intimate, ideal fora n intimate dinner. The food as always is traditional tuscan and mediterranean. You will have the feeling of sampling smells and flavors of another time, while carefully following the seasons. We advise you to start with the tris of cod: saladof cod with olives, mousse of cod on fried polenta and fired cod and then follow with warm octopus salad on puree of potatoes and onion with fried articoke leaves, grilled scallops and the crudités, while for those who prefer meat an assortment of grey pork and mangalica salumi or the famous liver paté with orange and port salsa with pan brioche. To try from the first course menu homemade potato gnocchi with shrimp and saffron sauce, and chickpea soup with fresh maltagliati pasta. From the entreé menu we suggest the classic disse of Zibibbo like roasted stuffed pigeon and stewed calamari with spinach. One can conclude with a dessert of pear tart tartin with cream flavored semifreddo. The wine lists are rich in national and international labels. Professional and friendly service.
