Compared to previous experiences, the restaurant maintains the attention to high quality in the pizza offer – it is no coincidence that the “Tre Spicchi” of Gambero Rosso, Gabriele Dani, was called as executive, who built his success in Cecina with Disapore Caffè and Pizzeria Gourmet – but this is accompanied by an eye for mixed drinking, creating a synergy that is still in many ways unprecedented in Florence. This was possible thanks to the arrival of Veronica Costantino, who had already made herself appreciated behind the counter of Gunè in San Frediano.
